Michelle is responsible for all compliance activities related to the assurance of federal, state and regulatory financial requirements and standards for the Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA).  She administers the planning and execution of the enterprise-wide finance governance framework, in partnership with the Audit and Risk functions. the financial management of LCRA.

​Since joining LCRA in 1987, Michelle has worked in water resources, information technology and accounting, providing advice and counsel to management regarding compliance issues and associated functions. Michelle has a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Edward's University.
