Lisa Wadlington is a chemical engineer with over 20 years in the energy industry. Her career began working on a production platform in the Gulf of Mexico, and she has progressed through increasing levels of responsibility to manage a global team for Chevron.
Wadlington is passionate about mentoring engineering students and women in all professions. A featured speaker at industry trade shows and conferences, she most recently served as a panelist for the Houston Women’s Leadership Summit to discuss leadership during a global pandemic.
