Grace Agbavitor has more than eight years of customer service expertise in the banking/finance industry. In her current role as a Retail Finance Account Manager, Grace is adamant about her client’s voices being heard. It is her belief that the essence of every successful institution are the echoes of stakeholders' voices in boardrooms and she takes pride in discovering what keeps her clients up at night. Currently, Grace is accountable for business growth, market penetration and client satisfaction in the Agriculture and Food sector for Mahindra Finance USA/DLL overseeing the Northeast region. 

​Amongst other associations, Grace is a proud member of the Houston Galleria Project Management Toastmasters Club, where she takes the time to sharpen her communication skills to ensure she is equipped with the necessary skills to assist upcoming women leaders with their individual voice. As a previous board member for the Houston Caribbean Chamber of Commerce, Grace is a firm believer in returning to the community and providing a helping hand to others.
