Prior to joining Agilent in April of 2016, he worked for Bureau Veritas as Director of Technical Service, supporting the U.S., Canada, and Northern Latin America region for 12 years. His 30+ years of experience includes petroleum and petrochemical product methods development. He has developed numerous GC, HPLC, GC-MS, GC-MS/MS, 2D-GC-MS, online GC analyzer, and analyzer sampling systems. George has served as chairman of ASTM Subcommittee D02.D for over 14 years.

​He also serves on the U.S. American National Standards Institute Technical Advisory Group, as a designated expert for ISO Technical Committee 28.
